Scholastic Area

The scholastic activities in school are aimed at providing learners with skills that are necessary for life. These activities enhance the learners’ talents and abilities and provide scope for leadership qualities, development of different facets of personality, inculcation of values and collaborative work.
The learning culture Mount Zion School imbibes is rooted in inculcating an independent, creative, enterprising value system in young minds, so that they can grow up to become world-citizens. The essential topography of our educational approach is summed up as: :

The scholastic area is evaluated using various methods such as assignments, projects, quizzes, exams, etc. The students are graded on a nine-point scale from A1 to E2.

Co-scholastic Area

The co-scholastic area includes the assessment of the students' skills and abilities that are essential for their overall development. It covers the following aspects:

  • Life skills
  • Attitudes and values
  • Co-curricular activities
  • Health and physical education

The co-scholastic area is evaluated using various indicators such as participation, performance, behavior, etc. The students are graded on a five-point scale from A to E.
